The original HFU series has long become a mainstream selection for large-flow industrial water treatment globally. The product lineup covers mainstream specifications: 20-inch, 40-inch and 60-inch lengths, filtration ratings ranging from 1μm to 50μm. Coarse sediment and large flocs are trapped by inner pleated layers, while micro-particles and colloids that easily trigger membrane contamination are deeply intercepted by outer precision media layers.

Optimized crescent pleat arrangement reduces fluid dead zones and avoids media compression under pressure, maximizing dirt holding capacity. Pollutants remain enclosed inside the cartridge during replacement, preventing secondary particle leakage and clean fluid pipeline contamination. After purification, treated fluid flows into subsequent separation processes. Operators should replace cartridges promptly once inlet-outlet differential pressure rises to 25–35 PSID to restore the system’s rated flow rate.
