Replace Pall Marksman filter cartridges are designed as cost-effective drop-in substitutes for authentic Pall Marksman high-capacity filters. The original Marksman product integrates the advantages of cartridge filtration and bag filter systems, widely applied in industrial process fluid purification. Nevertheless, high original cost and unpredictable long lead times bring operational pressure to factory owners and engineering contractors. This replacement series retains the iconic 6-inch diameter and push-in adjustable sealing structure. Filtration Working Principle

Replace Pall Marksman adopts the inside-out filtration principle consistent with original Marksman design. Driven by system pressure, raw fluid enters the inner cavity of the wide-diameter cartridge and flows outward through multi-layer gradient pleated media. Coarse contaminants are intercepted on inner layers, while fine particles and deformable colloids are deeply captured by outer precision media.

Pollutants remain locked inside the cartridge during maintenance, avoiding secondary particle shedding and contamination of clean fluid pipelines. The enlarged pleated surface reduces flow resistance and slows differential pressure growth. After purification, fluid flows into subsequent treatment units. Operators need to replace cartridges timely once inlet-outlet differential pressure reaches 35 PSID to restore rated flow capacity.
