2. Working Principle of Plate Ultrafiltration Equipment

2.1 Circulating Concentration Filtration Process

The feed liquid is delivered into the gap between stacked plate membranes by the circulating pump under 0.2–0.6MPa operating pressure. Under pressure driving, water molecules and small molecular soluble substances penetrate the flat membrane layer to form clear permeate liquid for subsequent discharge or recycling. Macromolecular organics, suspended particles, colloids and target effective substances are intercepted on the membrane surface, and the intercepted concentrated liquid flows back to the raw material tank for circulating concentration step by step to achieve material enrichment.

2.2 Cross-Flow Surface Scouring

The feed liquid flows at a high speed along the surface of the flat membrane plate during circulation, the shear force generated by the fluid continuously washes the filter cake layer accumulated on the membrane surface, slowing down the formation of membrane fouling and maintaining stable membrane flux for a long time.

2.3 Automatic Backwashing Cleaning

When the system detects that transmembrane pressure rises to the set threshold, the control system automatically switches the pipeline direction, uses clean permeate liquid for reverse backwashing to flush out the pollutants embedded in membrane pores, and the sewage is discharged automatically.

2.4 Online Chemical Circulation Cleaning

After long-term continuous operation, the system regularly injects acidic and alkaline cleaning solutions into the plate membrane channel for circulating soaking and cleaning, decomposes organic dirt, biological mucus and inorganic scale, restores the original flux of the flat membrane, and discharges waste liquid automatically after cleaning.
