Multiple sets of single skid-mounted ultrafiltration units are connected through main pipes to form a large-scale centralized water treatment station. The open runner structure is not easy to be blocked by large particles, and it supports automatic sponge ball online cleaning to reduce the overall pollution load of the whole large system. The main frame of large-scale ultrafiltration equipment is made of carbon steel with anti-corrosion coating or 304 stainless steel thick plate welding, which has strong structural stability to adapt to long-term 24-hour continuous operation in outdoor open sewage stations. 2. Working Principle

The basic physical interception principle of large scale ultrafiltration water purification equipment is pressure-driven cross-flow sieving separation, and the biggest difference from small equipment lies in the balanced water distribution design of multi-module parallel operation. After the raw water is pressurized by the high-power pump group to the system design pressure of 1.0 ~ 4.0 bar, the raw water is evenly distributed to each parallel membrane module through the large-caliber main pipe and flow equalizing pipeline.

Large particle suspended matter, large colloidal aggregates and most organic pollutants are intercepted on the surface of the membrane filaments. Under the continuous scouring of cross-flow water flow, most pollutants are discharged out of the system through the concentrated water main pipe. The preliminarily purified water converges to the produced water main pipe after passing through the membrane pore channel to form qualified clear water, which is transported to the clean water tank for unified scheduling and use by each production workshop.

Two sets of group automatic maintenance programs are embedded in the central control system of large-scale ultrafiltration equipment. First is differential pressure linkage automatic backwashing: the system collects the pressure difference data of each membrane group in real time, automatically starts the unified backwash pump set to clean the membrane surface dirt when the set threshold is reached, and each membrane group can also set independent backwash time according to the actual pollution degree. Second is regular centralized CIP chemical cleaning: the acid-base agent is transported to each membrane module through the centralized dosing system to remove inorganic scale and organic biological film when the overall system flux decays obviously. If the front end is equipped with tubular membrane components, the automatic sponge ball cleaning system can be operated synchronously to strengthen the cleaning effect of high-pollution raw water.
