Modular reverse osmosis system is composed of multiple independent standardized RO unit modules, including pretreatment module, membrane separation module, dosing module and intelligent control module. Working Principle

Modular reverse osmosis system runs based on parallel multi-unit pressure-driven membrane separation technology. After security filtration, raw water is distributed to each independent RO module and pressurized by supporting high-pressure pumps.

Under hydraulic pressure higher than natural osmotic pressure, water molecules penetrate semi-permeable membranes to form qualified purified water. Contaminants such as dissolved salts and colloids are intercepted and discharged as concentrated brine. The master control platform realizes unified scheduling and staggered automatic flushing of all modules. Independent unit design ensures that fault maintenance of a single module will not interrupt the water supply of the whole system.
