Its core is a reverse osmosis (RO) membrane, which has a very small pore size (about 1/10000 micrometers) and only allows water molecules to pass through under high pressure. It can effectively intercept more than 98% of dissolved salts, heavy metals, bacteria, viruses, and organic matter, and has a very high desalination rate.
Key steps of workflow:
Pre treatment: Remove large particle impurities, odors, and organic matter through filters such as quartz sand and activated carbon.
High pressure pumping: Water is transported to the RO membrane module through a high-pressure pump.
Reverse osmosis separation: Under high pressure, water molecules pass through the RO membrane, while pollutants are intercepted and discharged with wastewater.
