Product Introduction
This GE FXWPT high flow filter cartridge equivalent is specially engineered for industrial RO pre-filtration and general liquid pretreatment. As the core consumable of industrial water filter systems, this high flow filter cartridge can work together with self-cleaning filter to build multi-stage pretreatment workflow. It efficiently traps sand, rust particles, suspended solids and fibrous contaminants, lowering the particulate loading entering downstream RO membranes and fine precision filters. Our replacement cartridge uses high purity polypropylene pleated media, keeps the same 20-inch length, outer diameter and end connection as the original GE FXWPT filter cartridge. No modification to existing filter housing is required during installation. Multiple micron grades are available from 5μm to 70μm. It maintains consistent filtration performance while greatly cutting annual spare parts investment for water treatment stations, chemical plants, food and beverage factories.
Working Principle

This GE FXWPT equivalent high flow filter cartridge adopts inside-to-outside flow design. Unprocessed raw water flows into the central inner core, then passes radially outward through multi-layer pleated filter media. Solid particles and sediment get trapped within the pleated layers, while purified liquid flows out from the outer surface of the filter cartridge. The deep pleated structure expands the effective filtration area to achieve excellent dirt holding capacity and high flow rate. When matched with upstream self-cleaning filter, bulk coarse impurities are removed beforehand, slowing differential pressure rise and extending the service cycle of this high flow filter cartridge.
