Big Flow Rate Filter Cartridge, also commonly named high flow pleated filter cartridge, is a large-capacity pleated filter element developed for industrial ultrafiltration pretreatment, RO prefiltration and other heavy-duty liquid filtration scenarios. Distinct from traditional 20-inch small filter cartridges, this big flow rate filter adopts radial pleated polypropylene filter media, which greatly expands the effective filtration area. It achieves massive liquid throughput under low pressure drop while maintaining outstanding particle holding capacity. It is installed inside filter housings to protect ultrafiltration equipment, preventing silt, fibrous debris and coarse suspended solids from scratching and fouling the UF membrane surface.
