Cartridge filters MFNP050-40N-ITT is a 40-inch pleated filter cartridge designed for industrial microfiltration and membrane pretreatment. The whole cartridge is constructed with reinforced polypropylene inner and outer support cages, gradient pleated filter medium, injection molded end caps and elastic sealing gaskets. All assembly connections adopt thermal fusion welding technology without adhesive, avoiding organic solvent dissolution and secondary contamination to process fluid.

MFNP050-40N-ITT follows the classic outside-in filtration flow path. As a fixed 5μm grade filter cartridge, it is widely selected as the standard security barrier before reverse osmosis and ultrafiltration systems. The intensive pleated layout expands the effective filtration area significantly, achieving higher flow rates and longer service cycles compared with ordinary wound filter cartridges of the same length.
