The cyclone separator is a device that uses centrifugal force from rotating airflow to separate dust particles from gas. It features simple structure, small size, low cost, easy operation and maintenance, and low power consumption, suitable for high-temperature gas. It is mainly used to collect dust larger than 10μm (with collection efficiency of 60%-90%), and usually serves as the first-stage dust removal equipment for industrial dust purification.

Working Principle
It has multiple structural types: multi-tube, bypass and diffusion cyclone separators, composed of exhaust pipe, intake pipe, cylinder and cone.
Dust-laden gas enters the separator and rotates downward along the cylinder wall (outer vortex), then flows upward along the axis (inner vortex) to the exhaust pipe.
Dust particles move to the outer wall under centrifugal force and fall into the ash hopper under airflow and gravity, while clean gas is discharged through the exhaust pipe.
Air intake methods include tangential, scroll and axial types, adapting to different working conditions.

Advantages
Stable operation with long service life, suitable for continuous industrial dust removal.
Can be connected in series with baghouse dust collectors to reduce ash load and cleaning frequency.
Solves the difficulty of filtering moist, fibrous and cohesive dust with filter cartridge technology.
Small footprint, convenient for production space planning and layout.
