The automatic scraper self-cleaning filter is a precision filter that uses a scraper to directly intercept large particles in the filter. It is a key equipment for protecting subsequent precision equipment. The water to be treated enters the self-cleaning filter through the water inlet, and the filter element is automatically backwashed by the intelligent control system (PLC, PAC) to realize continuous and uninterrupted water purification.

Working Principle
The raw water enters the filter body, and the impurities in the water are adsorbed on the filter screen. The pressure difference is formed between the inlet and outlet of the filter. When the pressure difference reaches the set value, the motor starts and the scraper rotates to clean the filter screen. The cleaning process is completed in a short time, and the filter resumes normal operation.
