The multi-column self-cleaning filter is an industrial automatic filter for multiple comprehensive applications, ensuring pure and reliable filtered liquid. It is suitable for standard applications of most water filtration, with no impact on treatment capacity, accuracy and reliability, and can maintain good operation even under harsh working conditions.

Working Principle
Water enters from the inlet, first passes through the coarse filter screen to remove large particles of impurities, and then reaches the fine filter screen. During filtration, the fine filter screen gradually accumulates dirt and impurities in the water, forming a filter impurity layer. As the impurity layer accumulates on the inner side of the fine filter screen, a pressure difference is formed between the inner and outer sides of the fine filter screen. When the pressure difference of the filter reaches the preset value, the automatic cleaning process starts, during which the clean water supply is uninterrupted. The cleaning valve opens, and the water pressure in the cleaning chamber and the suction pipe drops significantly. Through the pressure difference between the filter cylinder and the suction pipe, a suction force is generated between the suction pipe and the cleaning chamber through the suction nozzle, forming a suction process. At the same time, the motor drives the suction pipe to perform spiral movement axially. The combination of axial movement and rotational movement of the suction pipe completely cleans the entire surface inside the filter screen. The entire flushing process only takes tens of seconds. The drain valve closes at the end of cleaning, and the filter is ready for the next flushing cycle.
