The suction-type self-cleaning filter automatically filters raw water, cleans the filter screen and discharges sewage without manual operation. It realizes uninterrupted water supply during cleaning and sewage discharge, with control modes including automatic and manual operation.

Product Features
It adopts suction nozzle design for surface filtration and online intelligent cleaning with diverse cleaning modes. It features energy-saving backwashing, multiple control methods (differential pressure, time, manual, PLC) and stable operation of key components. The whole process is fully automatic controlled, realizing uninterrupted water supply during cleaning.
Working PrincipleRaw water enters the filter from the inlet, passing through coarse filter and fine filter. Coarse impurities are intercepted by the coarse filter, while finer impurities are captured by the inner wall of the fine filter. When the pressure difference between inside and outside of the filter reaches the set value, or when the cleaning time is reached, the self-cleaning process starts. The cleaning valve opens, creating a suction force between the filter cylinder and the suction pipe. The suction scanner, driven by a two-way motor, performs spiral scanning to suck all impurities from the inner surface of the filter screen into the sewage pipe. The whole flushing process takes only tens of seconds, and the sewage valve closes after cleaning.

Advantages
It realizes uninterrupted water supply during cleaning, ensuring continuous production. It has intelligent control with multiple modes (differential pressure, time, manual, PLC), realizing fully automatic operation. The suction nozzle design ensures thorough cleaning of the filter screen, with low water consumption and energy saving. It has stable performance, long service life and low maintenance cost.
