Condensate Water Filter Element

Powder resin coated filters and pre-filters are generally used in power plant condensate water treatment systems. A certain number of filter elements are installed inside the filter. Water enters from the outside of each filter element and flows out from the porous tube in the center of the filter element, and impurities are trapped on the surface of the filter element. The filter element surface can be coated with fiber powder and cation-anion resin powder to achieve filtration and impurity removal. When the pressure difference at the inlet and outlet of the filter or the conductivity of the filtered water reaches the set value, the filter is in an invalid state, and the filter will be membraneed and backwashed, and then put into operation after membraneing.

Working Principle

There are two main types of filter elements: wound filter elements for membrane application and pleated filter elements for non-membrane application. When the unit is started, the filtration precision of the pleated filter element is 10μm, and in normal operation, the filtration precision is 2μm or 5μm.
