Different from conventional string wound cartridges, this high flow type optimizes winding spacing and outer diameter structure. It has a larger filtration area, low initial pressure drop, higher flow capacity and great dirt holding capacity. It can effectively intercept suspended solids, sediment, rust, scale, colloids and fine solid particles in liquid.
Its main functions include pre-filtration and security filtration to protect downstream RO membranes, ion exchange resin, precision filters and other key equipment. It is used for clarification and solid-liquid separation of low-viscosity industrial liquids, reducing liquid turbidity by removing particulate impurities. With proper yarn material selection, it can adapt to dilute acid, dilute alkali, water-based fluids and common organic solvents. It features stable filtration precision, no fiber shedding under normal working pressure, simple installation and replacement, and low running cost.
