Product Introduction
This high flow filter cartridge is the cost-effective Parker high flow filter cartridge equivalent with high dirt holding capacity, developed for industrial liquid filtration and RO pretreatment applications. Cooperated with Liquid Filters and Self Cleaning Filter in multi-stage filtration systems, it removes large particles, sediment and suspended impurities to reduce particulate loading for downstream filters and RO membranes. Adopting advanced pleated filter media, this replacement cartridge maximizes available filtration area inside the limited cartridge volume. It keeps the same outer diameter, end cap structure, sealing design and flow direction as original Parker high flow filter cartridge. No modification on filter housing is required during installation, directly replacing the original element. It is a budget-friendly spare part option for water treatment plants, chemical processing and food beverage facilities without sacrificing filtration reliability.
Working Principle

This equivalent Parker high flow filter cartridge adopts inside-to-outside flow construction. Unfiltered liquid enters the inner core of filter cartridge, then flows radially outward through multi-layer pleated filter media. Solid contaminants like sediment, rust particles and fibrous debris are trapped within the pleats, while clean liquid flows out from the exterior surface of the cartridge. Thanks to its large pleated filtration area, the cartridge can hold a large quantity of contaminants before differential pressure rises. When paired with upstream Self Cleaning Filter, bulk coarse solids are intercepted in advance, slowing pressure build-up and extending service life of this high flow filter cartridge.
