K600ETN UF Module Hyflux Equivalent

Hyflux K600ETN Industrial Grade UF Module Equivalent

Product Introduction

The K600ETN Ultrafiltration (UF) Module is a top-tier membrane solution engineered as a direct equivalent to the Hyflux Kristal® UF module series. Designed for municipal and industrial water treatment applications, this module provides consistent, high-quality filtration performance while offering seamless integration into existing systems. Utilizing advanced hollow fiber technology, the K600ETN removes suspended solids, bacteria, viruses, and colloids—delivering excellent permeate clarity at low operating pressures.

With robust materials and precision construction, the K600ETN is ideal for potable water production, wastewater recycling, reverse osmosis (RO) pretreatment, and process water applications. Its drop-in compatibility with Hyflux systems makes it an outstanding choice for retrofits and upgrades.

Working Principle

The K600ETN UF module operates via outside-in hollow fiber ultrafiltration, a proven technology for clean-water separation.

Filtration Process:

1.    Feed Water Entry
Raw or pretreated water enters the exterior of the hollow fiber bundle, distributing evenly across the membrane surface.

2.    Selective Filtration
Under low pressure (0.1–0.3 MPa), water permeates through the microporous fiber walls. Particles ≥0.03 µm—including bacteria, colloids, and turbidity—are retained on the exterior, while clean water flows through the lumen.

3.    Permeate Collection
Clean permeate is collected through the fiber cores and directed outwards for downstream use.

4.    Automatic Cleaning
Internal air scouring and backwash cycles dislodge contaminants, while chemical cleaning-in-place (CIP) is periodically used to restore membrane performance.

This cyclical cleaning process guarantees high flux, long membrane life, and consistent permeate quality.
