Introduction
Agglomerated separator is mainly designed for oil-water separation, which contains two kinds of filter elements, namely, agglomerated filter element and separation filter element; agglomerated separation filter element is widely used in the filtration and separation of natural gas, aviation kerosene and other fields, which has the characteristics of large dirt-holding capacity, long service life, and high filtration accuracy, and it is the key component for the protection of precision equipments and the improvement of the purity of media.

Filtration media
-Jet fuel, gasoline, kerosene, diesel oil; -
-Liquefied petroleum gas, stone tar, benzene, toluene, xylene, isopropyl benzene, polypropyl benzene, etc;
-Turbine oil and other low viscosity hydraulic oil, lubricating oil;
-cycloethane, isopropyl alcohol, cycloethanol, cycloethanone, etc;
-other hydrocarbons; -other hydrocarbons.

Features
-Materials: Multi-layer ultra-fine glass fibers or synthetic fibers with hydrophilic (e.g., hydrophilic or oleophilic) coatings; structure is mostly folded or deep gradient design to increase the contact area.

-Working Principle: When tiny droplets pass through the filter media, they are adsorbed and agglomerated into large droplets due to surface tension, and eventually detach from the filter media due to gravity or airflow.
-Advantage: Highly efficient in removing sub-micron droplets (accuracy up to 0.3μm);

-Applicable to gas/liquid environments with high humidity or oil mist;
-Application scenarios: natural gas pretreatment (removal of liquid hydrocarbons, water mist); compressed air systems (oil and water removal); aviation fuel filtration (separation of free water).
