Vacuum pump will vacuum tank air out of the formation of a vacuum, the outside world oil in the role of atmospheric pressure, through the inlet pipe into the primary filter, to remove the larger particles, and then into the heating tank, after heating and other 40 ~ 75 ℃ oil through the automatic oil drifting valve, this valve is automatically controlled into the vacuum tank oil volume in and out of the balance. After the heating of the oil through the spray wing flying - rotating oil separation into a semi-mist, oil - the rapid evaporation of water into water vapor and continuously by the vacuum pump into the condenser. Into the condenser water vapor after cooling and then return to the original water release, the oil in the vacuum heating tank, the oil pump is discharged into the - filter through the oil filter paper or cartridge will be particles of impurities filtered out, thus completing the vacuum oil filter to quickly remove the oil, water, gas the whole process, so that clean oil from the oil discharged out of the machine.

Features:

Principle of operation 

1. Different liquids have different saturation vapor pressures. At a temperature of 70°C, water begins to boil at a pressure of about 30,000 Pa, while oil boils at a low pressure of 5 Pa. At the same temperature, the saturation vapor pressure of oil is much lower than that of water. Therefore, when the pressure at the oil level is lowered below the saturation vapor pressure of water by vacuuming, the water in the oil will vaporize violently and overflow from the oil in the form of steam.

2. Through the suction of vacuum, the oil enters into the vacuum tank from the top and is sprayed down through the nozzle, the water in the oil is vaporized in the vacuum chamber and is pumped out by the vacuum pump, and the water-removed oil is discharged from the bottom. In the middle of the vacuum chamber is filled with oleophilic material, so that the oil sprayed down is dispersed on the surface of the filling material to form a very thin oil film, in order to increase the interface area of the gas-liquid two-phase and prolong the oil in the gas-phase space to stay in the time.

3. The effect of vacuum de-watering is mainly related to the working vacuum and the temperature of the oil. The lower the vacuum degree and the higher the temperature, the better the water removal effect. Oil temperature is generally about 60 ℃, the temperature is too high will accelerate the oxidation of the oil. For hydraulic oil, the vacuum degree is generally 600~700Pa, which can reduce the water content in the oil to less than 100ppm. For transformer insulating oil, higher vacuum degree can be used, and the water content can be reduced to 10ppm. 

4. Vacuum dehydration can effectively remove water in various states in the oil, and can remove air and various volatile substances in the oil
