LYC-J series 25-liter agglomerated dewatering oil filter is an oil filter developed by our company which integrates precision filtration and high-efficiency dewatering, and it can effectively remove particles and impurities and emulsified water and free water in the oil liquid without damaging the quality of the meta-products. The agglomerated dewatering oil filter machine different liquids have different surface tension, and the liquid flows through the hole, the smaller the surface tension, the faster the rate of passage, when the different mixed liquids flow into the separator, the first to enter the agglomerated cartridge, agglomerated cartridge has a multilayer filtration media, the aperture of which is increasing layer by layer. Due to the difference in surface tension, the oil passes through the filter layer quickly, while the water is much slower; and because of the hydrophilic material used in the coalescing filter element, the tiny water droplets are adsorbed on the surface of the filter layer, thus resulting in the coalescence of the water droplets. By the role of kinetic energy, small droplets race through the openings, gradually converge into large droplets, and under the action of gravity settling and separation of oil, through the polymerization of oil after the filter element, there is still a smaller size of the water droplets in the inertia forward to the separation of the filter element. The separation filter element of the agglomerated dewatering oil filter machine is made of special hydrophobic material, when the oil passes through the separation filter element, the water beads are blocked outside the separation filter element, while the oil passes through the separation filter element and is discharged from the outlet.

Q:Oil filter according to which parameters for selection?

A: Understand the type of oil: hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, fuel oil, etc.; oil viscosity: high viscosity oil, oil containing more water, etc.; impurity content: dehydration, decolorization, filtering impurities, etc.; precision requirements: NAS grade; flow; system pressure.

Q: Is the fuel explosion-proof? What kind of oil pump is better?

A: Gasoline, diesel, kerosene, ethanol, etc., the choice of oil filter need to use explosion-proof motor. Such oils have low viscosity, high volatility, especially kerosene on the pump sealing performance requirements (Viton), so it is recommended to use a special pump when selecting the pump. Suggested configuration: stainless steel cylinder + explosion-proof motor + special pump.

Q: How to choose the oil filter for anti-oil?

A: EH oil, also known as anti-fuel oil, composed of phosphate ester, transparent appearance, new oil slightly yellowish, commonly used in electro-hydraulic control systems in power plants, at very high temperatures can also be burned, but it does not spread the flame. Normal working temperature of 20-60 ℃, the sealing material used: Viton, contact with the metal material as far as possible to choose stainless steel. Q: What are the explosion-proof oil filter?

A: First understand the explosion-proof motor EX, according to the explosion-proof grade: BT4, CT4, coal explosion-proof “MA” (coal mine must have coal safety standards). Q: How to choose the oil filter configuration for filtering cutting fluid?

A: Cutting fluid is made of cutting fluid oil blended with water, which plays the roles of lubrication, cooling, cleaning and rust prevention in the cutting process. The main impurity component of the cutting fluid after use is metal chips and powder. This kind of filter should use magnetic filter before the pump, and install filter net or filter rod in the oil suction port, and one level of filtration after the pump.

Q: How is the filtration effect of our oil filter?

A: Our oil filter can improve 2-3 NAS grades on the basis of crude oil under normal circumstances. The filtration effect of the oil filter can reach NAS6 grade (3 micron).
