Filtration mechanism of air filter
(1) Purification principle:
Air flow → primary purification -→ air conditioning → intermediate purification -→ fan supply -→ pipeline -→ high efficiency purification -→ Blow into the room -→ take away dust, bacteria and other particles -→ return air shutter - primary purification. Repeat the above process to achieve the purpose of purification.
(2) Purification parameters
1. Air exchange times :100000 grade :12-20 times /h,10000 grade :20-30 times /h,1000 grade :45-60 times /h.
2. Pressure difference: 25 PA between main workshop and adjacent room
3. Average wind speed: Grade 10, grade 100 0.3-0.5m /s;
4. Temperature: winter > 16°C, summer < 26°C;
5. Fluctuation: +2°C;
6. Noise :≤65dB(A);
7. Fresh air supplement: 10%-30% of the total air supply volume;
8. Illumination: 300LX;
9 Humidity: 45-65%, GMP powder workshop humidity is appropriate at about 50%, electronic workshop humidity is slightly higher to avoid static electricity;
