How It Works: Precision Coalescence and Separation

Our coalescer employs a multi-stage filtration process within a single, efficient housing:
  1. Depth Filtration & Coalescence: Contaminated air enters the housing and flows from the outside through a high-efficiency coalescing filter cartridge. This cartridge, featuring multi-layer borosilicate microglass media, captures solid particles and forces sub-micron oil and water aerosols to collide and coalesce into large, heavy droplets.


  2. Gravity Separation & Drainage: The enlarged droplets are carried to the inner core of the cartridge, where they are shed and fall by gravity into the housing’s sump. The separated liquids are then automatically expelled via a zero-loss electronic drain valve without wasting compressed air.


  3. Final Barrier Filtration: The clean, dry air passes through a final integrated mesh barrier that prevents any re-entrainment of collected liquids, ensuring only pristine air exits the system.
