Self-cleaning Air Filter is excellent for cases where long-term continuous air purification and automatic cleaning are required in air compressor stations, oxygen generation stations and gas turbine industries.

The self-cleaning air filter is a new type of high-efficiency air filter with automatic cleaning function. It is especially suitable for long-term continuous air purification of gas equipment under multi-dust conditions, effectively filtering fine pollutants emitted during production. It is applied in air compressor stations, oxygen generation stations, air conditioning air supply systems, gas turbines and blast furnace blowers, filtering air particles and impurities.

Working Principle

  • Filtration process: Dusty air is sucked in through the primary coarse filter box, then passes through the high-efficiency filter cylinder. Dust adheres to the high-efficiency filter cylinder under comprehensive effects of gravity, inertia, diffusion and contact retention. Clean air enters the venturi tube through the sealing gasket, converges to the gas collecting port and is sucked into the air compressor.

  • Self-cleaning process: After filtration, dust is adsorbed on the high-efficiency filter cylinder. The PLC controls the pulse valve to perform reverse self-cleaning in sequence by time or differential pressure (when the pressure loss exceeds 600 Pa, the self-cleaning process is triggered, with a reverse blowing time of 0.1-0.2 seconds). Other filter units work normally during cleaning, ensuring continuous air supply.
