The dust collector is mainly composed of support, ash hopper, filter chamber, clean air chamber, filter bag, injection device and controller. It is a unit combination type, with 1, 2, 3, 4 unit specifications in series. Each unit has 24 rows, 12 filter bags per row, totaling 336 filter bags per unit, with a filtration area of 800m². The filter bag is 6 meters long and 130mm in diameter, made of polyester needle felt.

Working Principle
Dusty gas enters the dust collector, and the airflow is evenly dispersed into the filter chamber through the guide plate, then flows downward along the filter bag and passes through the filter bag evenly. There is a downward airflow at the lower part of the filter bag, which is consistent with the falling direction of dust during injection, which is beneficial to dust settlement and improves the cleaning effect. When the resistance of the dust collector increases, the pulse interval of the injection system is shortened for fast injection; when the resistance is low, the pulse interval is prolonged for slow injection. This control method minimizes the number of injections, reduces power consumption, prolongs the service life of filter bags, diaphragms and solenoid valves, improves the reliability of the dust collector, and balances the resistance, air volume and compressed air consumption of the dust collector. The dust collector is easy to inspect and maintain, with a cover plate on the top of the clean air chamber specially for filter bag inspection and replacement.
Performance AdvantagesLow injection pressure, generally 0.25~0.35MPa, greatly reducing cleaning energy consumption and further improving the service life of filter bags. Pulse control with automatic differential pressure control cleaning and manual operation control options. Light weight, small footprint and low cost. Compared with large reverse blowing baghouse dust collectors, under the same processing air volume, the weight and floor space are about 1/3 of the latter.
